Purpose:
Ballistic Beer Company Pty Ltd produce a wide range of craft beers from its brewery in Salisbury, Queensland. The project will allow the company to upgrade its brewhouse through the installation of an additional advanced kettle and supporting infrastructure. This will allow sequential brewing of multiple batches of beer instead of waiting for each batch to complete prior to starting the next. Brewing times will be reduced by 30% to 50% for multiple brews.
The new advanced kettle will increase brewing capacity from a 3 vessel to a 4–vessel system. This increased business capability will enable creation of additional jobs and improve competitiveness in both the Australian and international markets.
