Warwick Senior High School First Robotics Competition
Purpose:
Warwick Senior High School will enter 2 high school aged teams in the ultimate sport for the mind. Each team will self-design, develop and construct industrial size robots to play a difficult field game and compete against other teams. The students will benefit from the challenges and experiences as they engage and use skills within a team environment. Their skills, emotional resilience and knowledge will all be tested as the pressure to achieve within a competitive environment builds. Volunteer professional mentors will lend their time and talents to guide each team. Run by Curtin and Murdoch Universities the West Australian Regional Playoffs (WARP) is a local First Robotics Competition (FRC) event.
