The project will design and construct a lifesaving patrol tower built from three shipping containers including site preparation, connection of utilities, decking, staris and handrails and pedestrian access from the boardwalk.
Purpose:
To provide improved beach patrols, increase public safety on the beach, provide beach access for the club's aquatic wheelchair and provide access to the beach and Club's specialised beach equipment for people with disabilities.
