Purpose:
Replace old electric Hot Water System with energy efficient 2 Thermann 300 litre heat pump hot water units and all required pipe work and valves.
The system supplies hot water to the main ablution block and includes the Access and Inclusion facility. Local plumber will supply and connect units whilst local electrician will provide for removal of current system and install new units.
