Purpose:
This project aims to measure, using a new web-based electronic survey, how GPs and Practice Nurses in Sydney manage common conditions. The care of patients will be compared to evidence based guidelines to help identify areas where care could be improved. The study allows me to identify changes and improvement in care over recent years. The unique data collection method I developed for this project could be used nationally and with other health professionals.
