Purpose:
Replacement of existing single pane glass windows to 31 motel rooms with triple glazed windows. This will increase the insulation of the window glass to moderate the temperature more efficiently inside the rooms by significantly minimising the heat loss in winter and heat gain in summer; in turn reducing the energy use resultant from heating and cooling.
