Purpose:
Air–Radiators Pty Ltd specialises in engine cooling solutions for higher horsepower diesel engines. The Air Radiators team has developed a range of patented heat exchangers which offer its customers benefits in performance, mass, durability and pricing. The range is called Finnovation and is differentiated by its modular design. The Finnovation range is made up of two product types: 'Pin Fin' which is a spirally wound copper product and the 'Alu Fin' which is an extruded tube aluminium product. The project will support the production automation necessary to deliver productivity and quality necessary for this low volume high value, mass customised product.
