individualizedPaediatricCure: Cloud-based virtual-patient models for precision paediatric oncology
Purpose:
The individualizedPaediatricCure (iPC) project is creating a cloud-based computational modelling system that functions as a digital avatar for individual cancers. ProCan® will supply data from cancer cells treated with drugs targeting specific proteins identified by the computer model as critically important. The results will test and improve the models, with the overall outcome being a system for rapidly predicting the best treatment combinations for individual childhood cancer patients.
