First-in-Human feasibility and safety trial of a theranostic agent for image-guided treatment and radiosensitisation of advanced pancreatic cancer
Purpose:
The project will investigate the safety and feasibility of precision image-guided radiotherapy with a novel theranostic magnetic resonance imaging agent specific to the tumour microenvironment of pancreatic cancer. It will assess pain relief and local control in a small cohort of patients with advanced pancreatic cancer.
