Purpose:
Aim:
To install solar onto building at Nurruby Child Care Centre and Preschool 72 Gibbons St, Narrabri.
To reduce electricity costs for Nurruby Narrabri and provide a greener power supply.
To comply with the Going Green Policy (revised 18.05.2021).
Objective:
Using the solar monitoring app to educate children on the impact they can make on the environment, by utilising the latest technologies to promote environmental sustainability.
Key Activity; Initiate Geni–Energy to install 17.8KW solar panels and 15KW inverter.
Expenditure (ex GST):
Removal of 3 x AC from roof $765.00 Geni–energy/Dawso Electrical Solar system $12,739.09
Electrical conversion to smart metering $1,000.00 approx.
