Purpose:
The purpose of the grant is to increase the knowledge and understanding of school leaders, including Principals and Deputy Principals to support Year 11 and 12 students to access relevant Vocational Education Training (VET), linked to industry skills shortages in the Grafton Statistical Area Level 4 (SA4) region, NSW. This will be achieved through a ?symposium for high schools?, a full day workshop for a maximum of forty-three (43) Year 11 and 12 students of the Grafton region, focussing on the economy, local skills shortages, and VET pathways to build a stronger regional workforce.
