Purpose:
Replacement of 21 year old car park continuously running forced ventilation system with an on–demand energy efficient fan system. The new forced ventilation system will utilise variable speed drives and a variety of sensors to ensure that it runs only when necessary. The new system will dramatically reduce the energy usage in ventilating the car park. Additionally, many of the air–conditioning systems in the building are 21 year old using old inefficient compressors and will be replaced with new efficient air–conditioning systems utilising more efficient refrigerant and inverter technology to dramatically reduce air–conditioning energy usage.
