The project will remove weeds that harbour pest species to enable remnant threatened native plant species to flourish in the aftermath of recent bushfires. This will improve the native habitat for local fauna which will be recorded and monitored by volunteers, and will improve corridor links to nearby nature reserves within the Beechmont district.
