Purpose:
The BotBuilders Robotics teams are a community group of students ranging in age between 12 - 16 who participate in the FIRST Tech Challenge robotics national competition. This group of students attend different schools and meet after school and on weekends to research / design and build robotics solutions to the challenges given. Students must build a robot that is capable of completing the yearly challenge. These robotics are made from any manner of materials and typically weigh around 30kgs. Students must use CAD, advanced programming skills to be successful.
