Purpose:
Boundary Bend Olives is Australia's largest olive farmer, olive oil producer and marketer of extra virgin olive oil under its Cobram Estate and Red Island brands. As part of its sustainability focus, the company now intends to use the waste and by–products from olive production to manufacture high–value extracts by installing advanced processing and extraction equipment. Through this project the company is looking to expand its business into supplying high quality nutraceutical and cosmeceutical ingredients and consumer goods.
