Purpose:
The upgrading of the single glazed to double glazed windows will result in better star ratings and reduce our overall energy consumption. As we are located in northeast Victoria we experience extreme temperatures. The new windows will retain the heat in winter and deflect the outside heat in summer, thus reducing our energy output. As we are constantly looking for better ways to reduce our carbon footprint and improve our responsibilities to the environment, we feel very excited about installing double glazed windows. Our guests will not only benefit from the comfortable ambient temperatures, they can sleep well knowing they have stayed with hosts who care for our planet. We will also be replacing fridges with upgraded 5 star rated.
