Purpose:
The Goulburn Rodeo Club Inc would like to build permanent toilet facilities at the Rodeo grounds which are located as part of the Goulburn Recreation Area. This would allow greater use of the facility and expand the users of the area. The plan is to build two separate blocks one which will consist of six female toilets and the second to include a separate disabled unisex toilet and two male toilets and a urinal. The provision of a disabled toilet will mean that all events being held in the area can take advantage of the new modern facilities making there events more inclusive for the disabled in the community.
