Solar Panels for Orwil Street
Purpose:
Planning stage: Review Project Plan and Approve Provider to purchase system.
Installation Stage:
1. Onsite pre works inspection and briefing required to confirm equipment locations, confirm any works required by others and any
site specific safety requirements.
2. Supply and install Solar System to roof of Orwil Street Community House. Schedule of works to be confirmed with approved provider in accordance with quote and the contract details.
3. Council and distributor approvals obtained prior to commencement of the project.
4. Inspection and handover meeting undertaken with Council and Installer at completion of system commissioning and testing. This includes system operations manual, system emergency shutdown procedures, online monitoring portal access and recommended system maintenance.
5. Grid connection paperwork to be completed and submitted by Installer and confirmed with Council and retailer.
Evaluation Stage: Review quarterly bills and utilise monitoring system to assess system performance.
