Purpose:
The key activities of this project are to replace all existing lighting (that is not LED) to LED and replace the air conditioners in the deluxe rooms (8). The outcome of this project will result in the reduction of emissions into the environment and the cost of running the business. A second project is also running in parallel (not part of this funding application) to install a 40w solar system onto the property.
