Purpose:
The proposal will see a significant efficiency upgrade focus on x3 areas – Lighting, air conditioning and kitchen cool store. A recent energy audit has been undertaken which has identified these x3 areas as most in need of improvement. Lighting upgrades will see existing fluorescent lights being replaced with high energy efficient, LED's, air con upgrades, will see old wall mounted AC units replaced with more energy efficient inverter split systems and the cool store upgrade will see the replacement of refrigeration equipment within an exiting kitchen cool store with high efficiency compressors and fans.
