Purpose:

The free and safe flow of personal data is one of the most pressing challenges of our time, in the new digital economy. The fragmented approach to regulating personal data (trade and Transfer) is complex. This project will investigate the laws, policy, procedures, standards and guidelies, outside of law enforcement that require a response to national securitiy and defence-trade.
