Purpose:
The project will fit out a trailer as a solar-powered wash station for crockery/cutlery to be used at local markets and events. This will reduce the consumption of single-use plastic items along with associated environmental impacts, save food stall holders money on costs associated with said items, and provide education to the community on local and global problems caused by landfill.
