The project will install LED lighting, a photovoltaic solar system, and accompanying educational signage at the Seaham School of Arts and Community Hall and adjoining Scout Hall. This will reduce operating costs, the savings of which will be reinvested in the hall, and educate the community on the financial and environmental savings of energy efficient systems
