Purpose:
Upgrades to power, sewer and road pavement will transform Tocumwal's Jersey Street industrial estate. The proposed works will create during and immediately post construction up to 10 new jobs in the region's light manufacturing industries. Improving the competitiveness and productivity of existing business. Furthermore up to an additional 60 new jobs will be created as the remaining vacant lots are developed.
