Purpose:
Removal of decommissioned air–conditioning unit in the Ensemble Theatre administration office. Replace with an up–to–date clean energy new Daikin 12.5kw split ducted unit to serve this area. This work will take place over a week once the theatre has reopened in line with the Government's Public Health Order. We anticipate the removal of the old system and installation of the new unit will be undertaken in mid–October by air–conditioning company, CORAL AIR.
