Purpose:
This groundbreaking revivalistic project aims to continue the reclamation of the Barngarla Aboriginal language that was subject to linguicide (language killing). Professor Ghil'ad Zuckermann and the Barngarla communities in Eyre Peninsula (South Australia) will conduct reclamation workshops, so that the Barngarla will have an improved knowledge of their heritage tongue.
