Purpose:
The project will focus on energy savings uplift and cost reduction by focusing on the biggest usage of electricity in the business being guest room air conditioners by replacing inefficient split room air conditioners with more energy efficient models, replace remaining fluorescent lights throughout motel rooms with more energy efficient LED lighting and also change air conditioning controllers in every room to energy saving and temp restrictive models to help reduce energy waste and usage. This will provide a large reduction in energy costs and also create a more energy efficient operation which in turn is much better for the environment and also reduces our impact as a business.
