Purpose:
The project will expand the current capacity of the Blue Hills Honey (BHH) / Australian Quality Honey Pty Ltd (AQH) by 100 per cent, increasing our production capacity from 80 tonnes (60% total volume retail packages) to approximately 160 tonnes per year. AQH export 60% of their product into segments that require levels of quality, efficiency and volume. The incorporation of state of the art honey filling technology will increase productivity and the output of value added products. The proposed extensions to infrastructure at the home site will allow the company to diversify its operations and enter the Tourism Industry.
