Grant Activity:
Implementing a Multivariate Index Assay for the Earlier Detection of Ovarian Cancer
Purpose:
We have developed a new type of test for the earlier detection of ovarian cancer. The test requires further validation to determine its clinical utility. This study will compare the performance of the new test with that of the current 'gold-standard' CA-125, to correctly identify women with early-stage ovarian cancer. This information is required to make progress in the pathway to making the test available for clinical use.
