LUMOS: Low and Anaplastic Grade Glioma Umbrella Study of Molecular Guided TherapieS
Purpose:
Low and anaplastic grade gliomas are brain tumours that are universally fatal with limited treatment options at recurrence and almost no access to clinical trials. We will perform comprehensive genomic profiling on resected tumour samples and then match them with the best available treatments. Lastly, we will collect an invaluable resource of biological samples before and after treatment for future research into better therapies.
