Purpose:
Replace old style conventional Air Conditioners with split systems using inverter technology to improve energy efficiency and Air Conditioner longevity.
Emerald Maraboon Motor Inn has 70 motel rooms plus Reception and Staff break room. All are serviced by split system Air Conditioners which have been updated to inverter technology as they have failed.
The scope of this project is to upgrade the remaining 15 older conventional Air Conditioners still in use.
