Purpose:
Replace our old electric hot water system with an energy–efficient gas system; our aim is to reduce gas emissions, save on energy consumption, water and electricity; it will require less maintenance in the longer–term saving us on cost; also reduce operation costs by a large percentage; it will also provide our guests a sufficient environmentally friendly service; the hotel already has an environmental program in place for water wastage/ linen wasting within the hotel; we would also use the new systems to promote further green policies for the hotel.
