Purpose:
The purpose of the Grant is to provide students with skills and connections to future Vocational Education and Training (VET) pathways for employment opportunities into Construction industry sectors on completion of their education in the Port Pirie, South Australia. The Grant will directly support industry needs and address the skills shortages in the Construction industry by providing six (6) nationally accredited units of competency and a non-accredited Traffic Management Skill Set to a minimum of twelve (12) and a maximum of fifteen (15) Year 11 & 12 students from John Pirie Secondary School, South Australia.
