Purpose:
The Youth Works Program is a holistic, integrated support program targeting at risk youths (aged 14–18) across multiple municipalities to enhance engagement with education and employment opportunities in order to minimise the incidence and risks associated with offending behaviours. All participants will undertake activities such as outdoor adventure therapy, self–esteem building activities, workplace exposure, assistance re–engaging back into education, mental and physical health development and short skill based learning course (e.g. such as those provided by TasTAFE).
