Purpose:
With the provided funds we will purchase 12 LED Parcans, a new DMX controller, and all the necessary safety equipment and cables to run them. This will be replacing all our old equipment which will be retired or recycled where appropriate.
The total cost of the program will be just off $6,500, with $5,617 being for new equipment, and the remainder associated administration costs. As rigging and lighting setup is a standard business expense for Warehouse Circus inc this has not been included in the application.
Upon a successful grant application, we will finalise the item list with our lighting designer and make the purchases. We have allowed a 6-week shipping window in case of delivery delays. Once the new items are received, they will be changed over with the old equipment and the grant acquitted.
