Purpose:
WorkRestart Social Enterprises will collaborate with Career Ipsum and Joii Ltd to design and deliver Project reStart. The purpose of Project reStart is to create a high quality, tailored career development process that enables some of the most marginalised people to re–enter the workforce, to build a career and to create a future for themselves and their families, thereby breaking the cycle of reoffending. The project will focus on the creation, trial and evaluation of a career development program that targets prisoners participating in workRestarts programs in South East Queensland, and those prisoners transitioning from the program back into the community. This project will comprise a combination of in–prison and post–release activities.
