Purpose:
This project will upgrade three remote airstrips; Strathmay, Glen Garland and Killarney and will include lengthening runways, installing animal proof fencing, windsocks and marker cones, safety training and provision of portable lighting. This will improve the safety of the airstrip for pilots and passengers enabling improved safety and access for essential aero-medical and other services.
