Development of Methyltranferase like protein 5 (METTL5) Inhibitors for Treatment of Solid Tumours in Children and Adults
Purpose:
We aim to develop novel inhibitors of the RNA methyltransferase, METTL5, for the treatment of cancers with high unmet medical need in children (neurobastoma) and adults (breast, pancreatic, others). This work will allow us to develop the novel chemistry and "proof of concept" efficacy data in pre-clinical models that will support the future commercialization of this project.
