Purpose:
The air conditioners are 17 years old. One of them is faulty and no spare parts are available for repairs. In addition to replacing the air conditioners, it is proposed to increase the fresh air supply to comply with COVID–19 recommendations. To this effect we are intending have installed five ceiling exhaust fans connected to whirly birds on the roof and have three fresh air vents with vermin mesh cut into the walls. The increased ventilation will reduce the necessity of using the air conditioners further reducing the power consumption.
