Purpose:
The River of Light Festival is a two-day spectacle of lanterns and puppets illuminating and floating on the Clarence River, Ulmarra. The festival will attract visitors to watch the river-based activities such as workshops, and enjoy the music and food. Grant funds will be used for: project manager and management, workshop facilitator, venues and materials, event promotion, insurance and licensing, site hire fees, wages and performer fees.
