Manufacturing Capacity Expansion of Trubuilt to Create Regional Jobs
This project will expand a regional joinery to reach targeted high-end joinery markets in Sydney and ACT. The business already enjoys a high reputation amongst architects and prestige builders in these markets, but is having to turn away work due to insufficient capacity. Project deliverables include acquisition of critical equipment to increase capacity and remove production bottlenecks, and a targeted promotion of brand. A direct consequence of the project is job creation to match increased capacity, with new positions including apprenticeships for youth.
