Purpose:

DigiMob aims to safeguard vulnerable children who are at elevated risk of online child sexual exploitation, primary school aged Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander children. A co–designed and culturally appropriate online safety program that aims to: Increase digital intelligence by building competencies to safeguard against some of the vulnerabilities that put children at risk of online exploitation; Equip Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander parents, carers, elders, teachers/mentors with skills and confidence to help support children within their communities; and Provide educational resources and materials for Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander children and communities to support the development of confident and safe digital citizens.
