The role of wheat proteins in dyspepsia
Purpose:
This project seeks to develop a better understanding about patients without coeliac disease who are gluten or wheat sensitive, and help to inform clinicians which of these patients may benefit from a long term gluten free diet. In particular, this project will focus on the role of wheat and gluten in the generation of dyspeptic symptoms, and the condition functional dyspepsia.
