An 8.2 KW Photovoltaic generator system for the Gosnells Men's Shed.
Purpose:
The Gosnells Community Men's Shed is a community based not for profit organisation with a membership of 180 mostly senior men. It is estimated the proposed installation of a PV system will reduce electricity consumption by approximately 75%, thus reducing the current largest single operating cost to more manageable levels. in addition, the use of clean green energy will assist the environment through the reduction in CO2 emissions. The Gosnells Men's Shed is an active participant in local environmental programs and runs a significant recycling program at our site. The installation of the PV system will benefit the members by reducing the fundraising efforts of members and also the wider community through the reduction in consumption.
