A 6.6kW solar PV system which will generate clean electricity and help reduce the Centre&aposs power bills
Purpose:
The Have-a-Cuppa Christian Outreach Centre will purchase and install a 7kW solar PV system which will generate clean electricity and help reduce the Centre s power bills. It will alleviate the demand on the national electricity grid as the centre will be mostly self-sufficient for our energy needs. Installing a 7 kW system would provide around 10,500kWh of electricity every year, this would save around eight tonnes of CO2 annually and would be a proud achievement for our environmentally conscious organization and our local community. The significant reduction in power bills will free up additional funds to provide additional food, clothing, transport and care for all of our 60-80 visitors who are disadvantaged, lonely and homel
