Purpose:
St. Mark & St. George Coptic Orthodox Church in Wanneroo will purchase and install a 13.2kW solar PV system which will generate around 20,000 kWh of electricity per year and reduce annual CO2 emissions by over 18 tonnes. The system is expected to deliver savings of approximately $4,200 per year which can then be redirected to fund community activities and social welfare services for the members of the Church, in particular for the elderly, young people and children, women, the poor and the unemployed.
