A 30kw PV system for the Keith Miller Pavilion Shepley oval Dandenong
Purpose:
THe Dandenong Cricket Club and the Dandenong Stingrays Football Club will purchase a 30 Kw solar system which will generate electricity and help reduce the clubs' electricity bills. The cost of electricity supply for both clubs has reduced substantially due to the implementation of programmes for women and the extension of others. The project will reduce the demand on the national electricity grid by providing a substantial portion of our needs. Installing a 30 Kw system should provide about 25,000kwh of electricity every year, reducing CO2 emission by about 12 tonnes annually. The reduction of costs will allow us to put more of our precious funds into player development resources.
