Purpose:
The ISLAMIC COMMUNITY MILLI GORUS DANDENONG INC will purchase and install a 10kW solar PV which will generate clean electricity and help reduce the community s power bills. It will alleviate the demand on the national electricity grid as the centre will be mostly self-sufficient for our energy needs. Installing a 10 kW system would provide around 7,500 kWh of electricity every year, this would save around three tonnes of CO2 annually and would be a proud achievement for our environmentally conscious community. The significant reduction in power bills will free up additional funds community programs.
