Purpose:
This project has two separate projects or objectives.
1. Provide effective and cost efficient lighting in our workshop areas and community meeting room. Our current lights are the old incandescent type. Replacing them with LED units will provide not only excellent lighting to illuminate the workshop where a number of machines are used by members but also provide greater safety for the machine users and other in the workshop as these machines have spinning spindles and blades such as drills, lathes and circular saws.
2. Our current hot water whilst it does work provides totally useless hot water which is very marginally warmer than the cold water tap. Replacing a totally useless under sink hot water service that will provide REAL hot water but also at a minimal operating cost by virtue of the roof top solar panel system.
