Installation of Solar System at Murrumbeena Park Bowling Club.
Purpose:
In order to determine what size system was required, we reviewed our accounts over a two year period and the basis of the charges. The club is on a small business tariff which is two tiered with an anytime usage and a separate peak period charge. These peak period charges are at a rate 3 times that of the anytime usage. The highest peak in any 30 minute interval was the charge for the whole that billing month. These peak periods represented 30% of our total account. Peak periods are measured between 10am and 6pm. The size of the system was determined by needing to be close to or at maximum output during these times. In order to confirm our thoughts we submitted our quotes and accounts to Australian Energy Foundation. The result was in line with ours that Champion Energy was a well established and CEC accredited company able to carry out the works at a price and quality which represented the best value. Champion Energy is a local company and can, in the event of a failure in the future be able to rectify it quickly. Scope of works. Day one delivery and commencement of solar panel installation. Day 2 Completion of panel installation and commencement of wiring. Completion of wiring from panels to inverter and inverter to power board. Test of all equipment on completion. Issue Certificate of Electrical Safety. Submit Application for Grid Connection with United Energy.
